This study aims to find out: 1) The effect of the interaction of Biological fertilizer application with NPK fertilizer on peat swamp land on the growth and yield of sweet corn. 2) The effect of each single factor of Biological fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on peat swamp land on the growth and yield of sweet corn.  3) The dosage of the combination of biological fertilizer and NPK fertilizer on peat swamp land that provides the best growth and yield of sweet corn. This study is an experiment in the field using a two-factor factorial complete random environment design (RAL).  The first factor is the application of Biological fertilizer (H) consisting of three levels and the two-factor factorial is the application of NPK fertilizer (P) consisting of three levels. The combination of treatments totaled nine treatment combinations with three repetitions so that 27 experimental units were obtained.  The parameters observed consisted of plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), cob weight with klobot (g), cob weight without klobot (g) and cob yield per ha^-1 (ton). The results of this study show that the interaction of Biotara biofertilizer with NPK Mutiara has a real effect on the weight of the cob with the klobot. The single factor of Biotara Biofertilizer had no effect on all observation parameters.  The single factor of NPK Mutiara fertilizer had a real effect on the height of plants aged 6 MST and stem diameters aged 5 and 6 MST. The results of the study on sweet corn cultivation on peat swamp land, it is recommended to use a combination of Biotara Bio-fertilizer 50 kgha^-1 with NPK Mutiara 150 kg ha^-1.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Pengaruh interaksi pemberian pupuk Hayati dengan pupuk NPK pada lahan rawa gambut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis. 2) Pengaruh masing-masing faktor tunggal pupuk Hayati dan pupuk NPK pada lahan rawa gambut terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis.  3) Takaran kombinasi pupuk Hayati dengan pupuk NPK pada lahan rawa gambut yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil jagung manis terbaik. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan di lapangan menggunakan Rancangan Lingkungan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dua faktor.  Faktor pertama pemberian pupuk Hayati (H) terdiri dari tiga tarafdan faktor ke 2 adalah pemberian pupuk NPK (P) terdiri dari tiga taraf. Kombinasi perlakuan berjumlah sembilan kombinasi perlakuan dengan tiga kali ulangan sehingga didapat 27 satuan percobaan.  Parameter yang diamati terdiri dari tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (mm), berat tongkol dengan klobot (g), berat tongkol tanpa klobot (g) dan hasil tongkol per ha^-1 (ton).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwaInteraksi pupuk Hayati Biotara dengan NPK Mutiara berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat tongkol dengan klobot.. Faktor tunggal pupuk Hayati Biotara tidak berpengaruh terhadap semua parameter pengamatan.  Faktor tunggal pupuk NPK Mutiara berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 6 MST dan diameter batang umur 5 dan 6 MST. hasil penelitian budidaya jagung manis pada lahan rawa gambut, disarankan menggunakan kombinasi takaran pupuk Hayati Biotara 50 kg ha^-1 dengan NPK Mutiara150 kgha^-1.
