ABSTRAK

Pesatnya perkembangan sistem informasi (SI) telah menjadikannya sebagai salah satu faktor utama dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi di berbagai sektor, termasuk organisasi kemahasiswaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise pada Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Unit Kerohanian Mahasiswa Muslim Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (LDK UKMM ULM) dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) dan metode ADM (Architecture Development Method). LDK UKMM merupakan organisasi yang bergerak di bidang dakwah Islam dan pembinaan kerohanian mahasiswa, serta berperan dalam membentuk insan akademis yang islami, intelek, dan profesional. Permasalahan yang diangkat meliputi belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kurangnya sistem pencatatan terpusat dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan pihak LDK UKMM. Perancangan arsitektur dilakukan melalui tahapan ADM yang mencakup arsitektur visi, arsitektur bisnis, arsitektur sistem informasi (arsitektur data dan aplikasi), serta arsitektur teknologi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis arsitektur enterprise dengan menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM. Berdasarkan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pihak LDK UKMM, rancangan arsitektur enterprise dinilai sudah cukup sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada di LDK UKMM. Selain itu, pihak LDK UKMM juga menyampaikan usulan perbaikan sistem informasi meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Unit Kerohanian Mahasiswa Muslim Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.

ABSTRACT

The development of information systems (IS) has made it one of the main factors in supporting effectiveness and efficiency in various sectors, including student organizations. This research aims to design enterprise architecture at Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Unit Kerohanian Mahasiswa Muslim Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (LDK UKMM ULM) using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework and the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. LDK UKMM is an organization engaged in Islamic preaching and fostering student spirituality, and plays a role in shaping Islamic, intellectual, and professional academic people. The problems raised include not optimal use of information technology, lack of centralized and integrated recording system. This research uses a case study approach with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and interviews with LDK UKMM parties. Architecture design is done through ADM stages which include vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture (data and application architecture), and technology architecture. This research produced an enterprise architecture analysis using the TOGAF ADM framework. Based on the questionnaire given to LDK UKMM, the enterprise architecture design is considered to be quite in accordance with the needs of LDK UKMM. In addition, LDK UKMM also proposed improvements to the information system to improve the efficiency of business processes of the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Unit Kerohanian Mahasiswa Muslim Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.
