Abstrak
Sabun cair banyak digunakan karena kepraktisan dan kenyamanannya, sehingga menjadi pilihan populer bagi banya korang.Kolagen ikan dikenal dapat meningkatkan kelembapan dan tekstur kulit, sedangkan buah lerak bertindak sebagai pembersih alami karena kandungan saponinnya. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi sabun cair yang diformulasikan dengan berbagai konsentras ikolagen ikan komersial (1%, 3%dan 5%) menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL). Parameter yang diuji meliputi viskositas, pH, Angka Lempeng Total(ALT), serta sifat organoleptik (warna, aroma, bentuk). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi kolagen berbanding lurus dengan viskositas sabun, namun formulasi 1% kolagen (perlakuan A) memberikan hasil paling optimal, dengan viskositas 1650mPa·s, pH dalam kisaran aman (8–11), nilai TPC memenuhi standar, dan skor organoleptik tertinggi. Formulaini dinilai sesuaid engan SNI 06-4085-1996 untuk sabun cair.

Abstract
Liquid soap is widely used due to its practicality and convenience, making it a popular choice for many people. Fish collagen is recognised for enhancing skin moisture and texture, while soapnut fruit (lerak) acts as a natural cleanser because of its saponin content. This study evaluated liquid soaps formulated with varying concentrations of commercial fish collagen (1%, 3% and 5%) using a completely randomised design (CRD). The parameters measured included viscosity, pH, total plate count (TPC) and organoleptic attributes (color, aroma and consistency). The results showed that higher collagen concentrations significantly increased soap viscosity, with treatment A (1% collagen) achieving optimal viscosity at 1650 mPa·s, satisfying liquid soap standards. All treatments maintained pH values within the acceptable range of 8–11 and met microbiological safety requirements based on TPC analysis. In terms of organoleptic properties, treatment A scored best, characterised by an appealing colour (light grey), a pleasant aroma (virgin coconut oil) and an appropriate consistency. Based on the analysis of effectiveness, the formulation containing 1% collagen (treatment A) was found to be optimal, matching the Indonesian National Standard (SNI 06-4085-1996) for liquid soap.
