ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh variasi konsentrasi air kelapa muda K (Kontrol) 0mL air kelapa dalam 200 mL, A (6mL air kelapa dalam 200 mL aquades), B (12mL air kelapa dalam 200 mL aquades), dan C (18 mL air kelapa dalam 200 mL aquades) terhadap pertumbuhan Chlorella sp. dengan desain Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan tiga ulangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan B (12 mL air kelapa menghasilkan pertumbuhan tertinggi 43,95 sel/mL), diikuti K(kontrol 42,13 sel/mL), A (6 mL 40,72 sel/mL), dan C (18 mL 28,97 sel/mL) sebagai yang terendah.

ABSTRACT

This research investigated the effect of varying young coconut water concentrations K (Control) 0 mL coconut water in 200 mL, A (6 mL coconut water in 200 mL aquadest), B (12 mL coconut water in 200 mL aquadest), and C (18 mL coconut water in 200 mL aquadest)) on the growth of Chlorella sp. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replicates was used. The results showed that treatment B (12 mL coconut water) yielded the highest growth (43.95 cells/mL), followed by K (control 42.13 cells/mL), A (6 mL 40.72 cells/mL), and C (18 mL 28.97 cells/mL) as the lowest.
