The research method is a quantitative descriptive research with a foot- ballpassingskillmeasurementtest.ResearchontheLevelofPassingSkillsinand OutsideFootballofExtracurricularParticipantsofStateJuniorHighSchool2Mar- tapurawithameasurementtestofinsideandoutsidepassingskillstests.Thetotal populationof40extracurricularparticipantsandthetechniqueusedtodetermine thesamplewiththepurposivesamplingtechnique(whoarewillingtobesamples), thenumberofsamplesinthisstudyis18extracurricularparticipants.Theresults oftheresearchThelevelofpassingskillsintheextracurricularparticipantsofthe StateJuniorHighSchool2Martapurawasverygoodinthecategory0(0%),good 0(0%),medium0(0%),Less2(11%),lessthan16(89%).Theresultsofthestudy ThelevelofpassingskillsoutsidetheextracurricularparticipantsoftheStateJunior HighSchool2Martapuracategoryisverygood0(0%),good0(0%),medium(0%), lessthan0(0%),lessthan18(100%).ConclusionoftheresearchresultsThelevel of passingskillsinsideandoutsideof theextracurricularparticipantsof theState JuniorHighSchool2Martapuraisacategoryoflessthanonce.
