Pasar tradisional merupakan pusat aktivitas ekonomi dengan tingkat kepadatan dan interaksi yang tinggi sehingga berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas lingkungan dan kenyamanan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis indeks kenyamanan serta pola sebarannya berdasarkan parameter suhu, kelembaban, intensitas cahaya, dan kebisingan di Pasar Tradisional Batuah Martapura. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengukuran langsung pada 12 titik pengamatan dengan metode grid menggunakan alat 4 in 1 Multi-Function Environment Meter. Pengukuran dilakukan selama dua hari pada pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Data hasil pengukuran dibandingkan dengan baku mutu lingkungan yang berlaku dan dianalisis secara spasial menggunakan Quantum GIS. Selain itu, persepsi pedagang dan pengunjung dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu, kebisingan, dan intensitas cahaya tertinggi terjadi pada siang hari, sedangkan kelembaban tertinggi pada pagi hari. Analisis indeks kenyamanan menunjukkan area tengah tergolong nyaman, sementara area pintu masuk, samping, dan belakang termasuk kategori sebagian tidak nyaman. Pola sebaran menunjukkan adanya ketidakmerataan tingkat kenyamanan yang dipengaruhi oleh kepadatan aktivitas dan kondisi ventilasi. Kesimpulannya, tingkat kenyamanan pasar berada pada kategori sedang dan belum merata, sehingga diperlukan peningkatan ventilasi, pencahayaan, dan pengendalian kebisingan untuk memperbaiki kualitas lingkungan pasar.

Traditional markets are centers of economic activity characterized by high density and intense interactions, which may affect environmental quality and user comfort. This study aims to analyze the comfort index and its spatial distribution based on temperature, humidity, light intensity, and noise parameters at Batuah Martapura Traditional Market. A quantitative approach was employed through direct measurements at 12 observation points using a grid method and a 4-in-1 Multi-Function Environment Meter. Data were collected over two days during morning, afternoon, and evening periods. The results were compared with applicable environmental quality standards and analyzed spatially using Quantum GIS. In addition, user perceptions were obtained through questionnaires distributed to traders and visitors. The results indicate that temperature, noise, and light intensity reached their highest levels in the afternoon, while humidity peaked in the morning. The comfort index analysis shows that the central area is categorized as comfortable, whereas entrance, side, and rear areas are partially uncomfortable. The spatial distribution reveals uneven comfort levels influenced by activity density and ventilation conditions. In conclusion, the overall comfort level is moderate and unevenly distributed; therefore, improvements in ventilation, lighting, and noise control are required to enhance environmental quality and user comfort.
