This study aimed to determine the effect of the combination of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) and AB Mix nutrient solution on the yield of lettuce grown using the Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) hydroponic system, as well as to identify the best combination that produces the highest lettuce yield. The experiment was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Laboratory analysis of the rabbit urine LOF was carried out at the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Lambung Mangkurat University, while the plant experiment was conducted in Pelaihari, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. The study employed an NFT hydroponic system with a single-factor CRD. The tested factor was the combination of rabbit urine LOF and AB Mix nutrient solution, consisting of six treatments: P1 = AB Mix 1000 ppm + rabbit urine LOF 0 ppm (control), P2 = AB Mix 1000 ppm + rabbit urine LOF 1000 ppm, P3 = AB Mix 750 ppm + rabbit urine LOF 1000 ppm, P4 = AB Mix 500 ppm + rabbit urine LOF 1000 ppm, P5 = AB Mix 250 ppm + rabbit urine LOF 1000 ppm, and P6 = AB Mix 0 ppm + rabbit urine LOF 1000 ppm. Each treatment was replicated four times, resulting in 24 experimental units, with each unit consisting of five lettuce plants. The results indicated that the combination of AB Mix 750 ppm and rabbit urine LOF 1000 ppm is recommended for lettuce cultivation in the NFT hydroponic system, as it produced dry weight comparable to that of the control treatment while reducing the amount of AB Mix required.
