Abstract: This research aimsed to prove about the effects of DER, EPS, CR,TATO, and PER to Stock Price. All food and beveragess sub sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2014-2017 are used as populations. 8 food and beverages sub sector companies were obtained as samples with purposive sampling method. Analysis using quantitative methods through multiple linear regression approaches assisted by Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 21. The results of EPS, CR, and TATO research have a significant positive effect on stock price, while DER have a significant negative effect on stock price, no significant effect of PER on stock price.

Abstraksi: Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan memperoleh bukti tentang pengaruh DER, EPS, CR, TATO, danPERterhadap stock price. Seluruh perusahaan sub sector food dan beverages yang terdaftar di IDX periode 2014-2017 dijadikan sebagai populasi. Diperoleh 8 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman sebagai sampel dengan kriteria sampel tujuan tertentu. Analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pendekatan regresi linier berganda yang didukung Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 21. Hasil EPS, CR, danTATOberdampak positif signifikan terhadap stock price, sementara DERberdampak negatif signifikan terhadap stock price, PERtidak berdampak.
