ABSTRAK
Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung daun kelor dalam ransum terhadap persentase lemak abdominal, kadar lemak dan kolesterol daging itik Alabio jantan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan, dimana setiap ulangan terdiri dari 4 ekor itik. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah tingkat penambahan tepung daun kelor dalam ransum yaitu P0 (0 %), P1 (2,5 %), P2 (5 %), P3 (7,5 %) dan P4 (10 %). Peubah yang diamati yaitu persentase lemak abdominal, kadar lemak dan kolesterol daging. Analisis data statistik dengan menggunakan software SPSS version 22.0 (IBM, USA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan tepung daun kelor dalam ransum itik Alabio jantan berdasarkan hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap persentase lemak abdominal, namun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kadar lemak dan kolesterol daging.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to determine the effect of addition of Moringa leaf meal in the ration on the percentages of abdominal fat, meat fat and meat cholesterol of male Alabio duck. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was applied in the research which was comprise of 5 treatments and 5 replications. There were4 ducks in each experimental unit. The treatment was the levels of Moringa leaf meal in the ration namely P0 (0 %), P1 (2,5 %), P2 (5 %), P3 (7,5 %) and P4 (10 %). The observed variables were the percentage of abdominal fat, meat fat content and meat cholesterol content. Statistical data analysis using SPSS software version 22.0 (IBM, USA. The results showed the use of Moringa leaf flour in male Alabio ration based on the results of analysis of variance showed the treatment had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the percentage of abdominal fat, but had a significant effect (P <0.05) on meat fat content and meat cholesterol level.
