HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DALAM PELAKSANAAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN
DI RAWAT INAP RSUD RATU ZALECHA MARTAPURA

Latar Belakang: Beban kerja perawat merupakan salah satu faktor yang memepngaruhi kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan.
Tujuan:Untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di rawat inap RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura.
Metode: Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain pendekatan cross sectional, responden dalampenelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling berjumlah 119 orang.
Hasil: Beban kerja perawat berat sebanyak (16%), beban kerja sedang sebanyak 52 orang (43,7%), dan beban kerja ringan (40,3%). Kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan baik sebanyak 81 orang (68,1%) dan kinerja cukup sebanyak 38 orang (31,9%). Hasil analisis statistik uji chi square test menunjukkan bahwa nilai p = 0,028, p < α (0,05) terdapat hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan di rawat inap RSUD Ratu Zalecha Martapura.
Diskusi: Beban kerja yang ringan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan. Semakin ringan beban kerja perawat maka semakin baik kinerja perawat. Disarankan kepada rumah sakit untuk lebih meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terutama dalam kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatandi rawat inap.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NURSES WORKLOAD WITH NURSE PERFORMANCE IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSING CARE AT RATU ZALECHA MARTAPURA HOSPITAL

Background:Nurse workload is one of the factors that influence nurse performance in the implementation of nursing care.
Objective: To know the relationship between nurses workload with nurse performance in the implementation of nursing care at Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital.
Methods: Analytical descriptive study with cross sectional approach design, respondents in this study used proportional stratified random sampling technique totaling 119 people.
Result:Heavy nurses workload (16%), moderate workload as many as 52 people (43.7%), and light workload (40.3%). Nurses' performance in the implementation of good nursing care was 81 people (68.1%) and sufficient performance was 38 people (31.9%). The results of statistical analysis of chi square test showed that the value of p = 0.028, p <α (0.05) there wasa relationship between nurses workload with nurse performance in the implementation of nursing care at Ratu Zalecha Martapura Hospital.
Discussion: A light workload influences the performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care. The lighter the nurse's workload, the better the nurse's performance. It was recommended to hospitals to further improve the quality of care, especially in the performance of nurses in the implementation of nursing care in hospitalization.
