ABSTRACT

Muhammad Faizal Akbar, The Effect of Work Stressor on Employee Cyberloafing Behavior with Perception of Organizational Sanction as a Study Moderating Variable on Non Medical Employees of Ceria Kandangan Hospital. HastinUmiAnisah (Primary Advisor) and Dahniar (Advisor).

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of work stressors on employee cyberloafing behavior with the perception of organizational sanctions as a moderating variable in Employees of Ceria Kandangan Hospital.

This type of research is included in explanatory research. The population is 73 people from Ceria Kandangan Hospital. Sampling technique with saturated sampling. Data analysis uses partial least square with Smart-PLS 3.0 program.

Hypothesis test results found that work stressors influence cyberloafing behavior. Perception of organizational sanctions only moderates the influence of role ambiguity on cyberloafing behavior, while on role conflict is not a moderating variable.

ABSTRAK

Muhammad Faizal Akbar, Program Magister Manajemen Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin, Pengaruh Work Stressor terhadap Perilaku Cyberloafing Karyawan dengan Persepsi Sanksi Organisasi sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi(Studi Pada Karyawan Non Medis Rumah Sakit Ceria Kandangan). Hastin Umi Anisah (Pembimbing Utama) dan Dahniar (Pembimbing).

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisispengaruh work stressor terhadap perilaku cyberloafing karyawan dengan persepsi sanksi organisasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi studi pada karyawan Rumah Sakit Ceria Kandangan.

Jenis penelitian termasuk dalam penelitian eksplanatori. Populasi adalah karyawan RS Ceria yaitu 73 orang. Teknik sampling dengan sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan partial least square dengan bantuan program Smart-PLS 3.0.

Hasil uji hipotesis diketahui work stressor berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Persepsi sanksi organisasi berpengaruh terhadap  perilaku cyberloafing. Persepsi sanksi organisasimemoderasi pengaruh work stressor terhadap perilaku cyberloafing.
