ABSTRAK

           Perkembangan bisnis coffee shop di kota Banjarbaru saat ini juga sedang berkembang sangat pesat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari banyaknya coffee shop yang bermunculan dikarenakan sudah menjadi gaya hidup bagi kebanyakan orang di jaman sekarang.

Perancangan Coffee Shopdi Banjarbaru harusmengutamakan kenyamanan dan kepuasan pengunjung. Haltersebut membutuhkan sebuah susana yang tenang di tengah-tengah aktifitas padat di dalam cafe. Untuk mewujudkankebutuhan tersebut perlu adanya organisasi ruang yang baikdengan memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar area perancanganserta kebutuhan pengguna.

            Solusi perancangan ini diprosesberdasarkan konsep Collaborative Coffee Shop dengan tempat yang fresh and pleasure bertujuan untuk mewadahi para mahasiswa maupunmasyarakat umum untuk bekerja, berinteraksi,berkolaborasi,diskusi, dan aktivitas lainnya, yang dapat memperkaya idemasing-masing individu.

ABSTRACT

            The development of the coffee shop business in the city of Banjarbaru is currently also developing very fast. This can be seen from the many coffee shops that have sprung up because it has become a lifestyle for most people nowadays.

The design of the Coffee Shop in Banjarbaru must prioritize visitor comfort and satisfaction. This requires a calm atmosphere in the midst of busy activities in the cafe. To realize this need, it is necessary to have good spatial organization by taking into account the environment around the design area and user needs.

This design solution is processed based on the Collaborative Coffee Shop concept with a fresh and pleasure place aiming to accommodate students and the general public to work, interact, collaborate, discuss and other activities, which can enrich each individual's ideas.
