        This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of school-based management on teacher performance through teacher commitment and utilization of learning resources in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were all teachers, madrasah ibtidayah in the district of North Banjarmasin as many as 304 people and the sample of this study amounted to 173 people. The conclusions of the research are as follows: 1) School-based management, teacher commitment, utilization of learning resources, and teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district influence each other; 2) There is a direct influence of school-based management on teacher performance through teacher commitment at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district; 3) There is a direct influence of school-based management on teacher performance through the use of learning resources in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district;4) There is a direct effect of School-based management on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district;  5) There is a direct effect of commitment on teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district; 6) There is a direct influence on the use of learning resources on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district; 7) There is an indirect effect of school-based management on teacher performance through teacher commitment at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district; 8) There is an indirect effect of school-based management on teacher performance through the use of learning resources in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, North Banjarmasin sub-district.
