Flipped classroom is an alternative teaching and learning model to teach the students English instruction during the Covid-19 pandemic, when face-to-face teaching and learning is still not commonly accessible. In flipped classroom, the teacher uses technology to provide students with video and sources while conducting activities that are typically done at school, such as learning and taking notes at home. LBPP LIA was in operation during the Covid-19 Pandemics to teach its students, and tried to maintain the process of teaching-learning process by using technology. The flipped learning strategy has been adopted as a learning policy at LBPP LIA for over two years. The researcher described the Flipped Classroom for the teaching English applied by the English teachers at LBPP LIA Banjarmasin during the Covid-19 Pandemic and in the Post Covid-19 Pandemic. This research is using Narrative Inquiry, a method that focuses on the use of stories as data. The purpose of narrative inquiry is to comprehend experiences as it is lived and communicated through the collection of experiences. The result of this research showed that there are some similarities on the implementation of flipped classroom in both during and post covid-19 pandemics era at LBPP LIA Banjarmasin, such as the system, the rules, the media also. The difference is on the use of technology such as the use of Zoom Platform, online or offline games. This research can be as a self-reflection on how the institutions have managed the flipped classroom so far in order that they can then improvise for the betterment of their teaching. Also, in order to provide value learning method, such as Flipped Classroom, to achieve lesson objectives, and as consideration method to improve the quality of education in teaching.
