This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of organizational commitment on employee whistleblowing intentions; (2) the influence of moral intensity on employee whistleblowing intentions; (3) the effect of retaliation on employee whistleblowing intentions; (4) the influence of religiosity on employee whistleblowing intentions; (5) the influence of gender on employee whistleblowing intentions.
This type of research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. The population of this study includes all employees in various work units of Bank Kalsel. Sampling used snowball sampling technique. This research used primary data sources by distributing questionnaires online via the gform and obtained a sample of 134 respondents. Data quality testing uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26.
