ABSTRACT THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING OF STATE CIVIL APPARATUS (ASN) AND NON-STATE CIVIL APPARATURAL EMPLOYEES (NON ASN) IN BANJARMASIN CITY GOVERNMENT Muhammad Rizky The phenomenon that occurs is that there is a gap that occurs between ASN and Non ASN. The gap is the workload and compensation given that causes low psychological well-being. Based on these problems, the objectives of the research were determined which were intended to find out differences in the psychological well-being of ASN employees Non-ASN within the Banjarmasin City government. In its implementation, this study used a quantitative method that utilized samples with a collection method in the form of accidental sampling in which the data obtained was analyzed using an independent sample T-Test. t count > t table value, meaning that there is a difference in psychological well-being between employees of the ASN and non-state civil servants Non-ASN within the Banjarmasin City Government.
