Regarding the English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teaching and learning process, a textbook is a significant language teaching and learning material.Teachers can evaluate and choose a textbook that is appropriate for their needs, for they teach their students by adapting or adopting the textbook.

This research aims to analyzethe content feasibility of New Frontiers 6 Student Book to General and Concentration English Curriculum 2013 Syllabus Grade XII.The research method is qualitative document analysis. The researcher acts as both the key instrument and data collector supported by the original version of BSNP textbook assessment rubric.

The findings show that New Frontiers 6 Student Book does not covered allgenres of text from General and Concentration English Syllabus of Grade XII and text about Indonesia is unavailable in the textbook as a result of being a CEFR-based textbook and does not adhere to Indonesia curriculum, especially Curriculum 2013. The materials in thetextbook are well-delivered, with interesting illustrations and  provided with audios and videos. The materials accuracy and supporting learning materials in thetextbook are good. Thus,thetextbook is recommended as enrichment or as supplementary textbook, but not exactly appropriate as the main teaching and learning material.
