Abstrak:Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh anak dengan hambatan speech delayyangmengalamiketelambatanpadaartikulasi bicara, menyebabkananakkesulitandalammenyampaikanpikiran,keinginan,perasaannya sesama teman sebaya, karenaartikulasianakyangtidakjelasdansulitdipahamiolehoranglain. Berkaitan dengan hal itu,penelitianini bertujuan untukmeningkatkankemampuanartikulasi bicara anak speech delay menggunakan aplikasiTalking Picture Game.Penelitianinimenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif denganjenispenelitian Single Subjek Research (SSR). Desain yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah A-B-A dengan 1 subjek. Teknik pencatatan datamenggunakan observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan pencatatan kejadian(magnitude). Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis visual grafik yangmeliputi analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan artikulasi anak yang sangat  baik.Haliniterbuktidarihasil yangdiperolehselamakondisiBaseline-1 (A1) memperoleh skor rata-rata 39,2%, tahap intervensi (B)memperoleh skor 66,6%, dan pada tahap Baseline-2 (A2)memperolehskor80,3%.Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan presentase dan hasil skor  80% yangdi dapatkan subjek dalam meningkatkan kemampuan artikulasi bicara. HalinimenunjukkanbahwaaplikasiTalking Picture Gamedalammeningkatkan kemampuan artikulasi bicara anakspeech delay berhasil.

Abstract: This research is motivated by children with speech delay who experience delays in speech articulation, causing children to have difficulty conveying their thoughts, desires and feelings to their peers, because the child's articulation is unclear and difficult for others to understand. In this regard, this research aims to improve the speech articulation skills of speech delayed children using the Talking Picture Game application. This research uses a quantitative approach with the Single Subject Research (SSR) type of research. The design used in this research was A-B-A with 1 subject. Data recording techniques use direct observation, documentation, and recording of events (magnitude). The data analysis technique uses graphic visual analysis which includes analysis within conditions and analysis between conditions. The results of the study showed that there was a very good increase in children's articulation abilities. This is evident from the results obtained during the Baseline-1 (A1) condition which obtained an average score of 39.2%, the intervention stage (B) obtained a score of 66.6%, and in the Baseline-2 (A2) stage obtained a score of 80, 3%. This shows that there was an increase in the percentage and the result of a score of 80% that the subject got in improving speech articulation skills. This shows that the Talking Picture Game application in improving the speech articulation skills of speech delayed children is successful.
