Deni Purwanti (2024). The Effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Earning Per Share on Share Prices (Case Study of a Mining Company in the Coal Production Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2023). Supervisor: Dra. Nor Hikmah, SE, MSA, Ak, CA.

Share prices can be interpreted as the value of a company and a measure of company performance. Good share prices can be used as a reference for investors regarding their investment decisions. This can also be seen through quarterly or annual financial reports. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Earning Per Share on Stock Prices.

The population in this study were coal production sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2023. The sample selection technique used a purposive sampling method so that 14 companies were obtained as samples. The analysis technique used the multiple linear regression method which was processed with the SPSS version 27 program.

The research results show that the Current Ratio has an influence on stock prices because many investors determine their investment decisions based on the liquidity ratio. The Debt to Equity Ratio has no influence on share prices because basically there is a difference between practice and theory which is a reference for investors not to consider the Debt to Equity Ratio. Return on Assets has an influence on share prices because there are still many investors who use Return on Assets as a reference for their investment decisions. Earning Per Share has no influence on share prices because basically there is a difference between practice and theory which is a reference for investors not to consider Earning Per Share.
