ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini  berutjuan untk mengetahui proses marketing politikdan kendala yng dihadapi tim pemenangan pasangan HMArifin Arpan Dan H Syafrudin Noor dalm pemilihan Kepalai Daerah Di Kabupaten Tapin.  Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif tipe deskriptif. Isntrumen penelitian menggunakan.wawancara, observasi dan.dokumentasi. Sumber.data dalm penelitian ini adalah bidang pemenangan, anggota tim pemenangan dan masyarakat. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif.

 Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pemenangan calon Kepalai Daerah khususnya pasangan HM Arifin Arpan dan H Syafrudin Noor dalm pemilihan Kepalai Daerah  Kabupaten Tapin Tahun 2018 yaitu dengn menggunakan memanfaatkan SDM yng ada di Kabupaten Tapin cara yng dilakukan adalah dengn melihat masalah product, promotion dan cost management. Tim Pemenangan HM Arifin Arpan dan H Syafrudin Noor dalm menerapkan proses  Marketing  politik dalm memenangkan calon bupati dan wakil bupati baikcpadaeprawkampanye, saatdkampanyeqsampainadaipemilihan.  Kendala yang dihadapi dalm masalah budget dan tim pemenangan yng jumlahnya masih kurang sehingga dalm mensosialisaskan pasangan HM Arifin Arpan dan H Syafrudin Noor kurang efektif. Hasil temuan tim pemenangan dapat memanjemen cost saat akan melakukan proses dari promosi dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat walaupun dana yang ada masih kurang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the political market process and the obstacles faced by the winning team of the pair HM Arifin Arpan and H Syafrudin Noor in the election of Regional Heads in Tapin District.

The researcher uses a qualitative approach by descriptive type. The instrument used interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of the research was the member of the winning team and the community. The analysis data used interactive techniques.

The results of the research strategy for winning the Regional Head candidates, especially the pair HM Arifin Arpan and H Syafrudin Noor in the election of the Regional Head of Tapin in 2018, were carried out using several methods, namely utilizing existing human resources in Tapin Regency. cost management. The Winning Team of HM Arifin Arpan and H Syafrudin Noor in implementing a political marketing strategy in winning candidates for regents and deputy regents both in the pre-campaign, when the campaign arrived at the election. Constraints faced in budget problems. and the winning team whose numbers are still lacking so that in disseminating the pairs of HM Arifin Arpan and H Syafrudin Noor, they are less effective. he findings of the winning team can improve costs when going through the process of promotion and outreach to the public even though the available funds are still lacking.
