Nowadays, many researchers are paying attention to how technology is used in the classroom teaching and learning process since it is seen as a way to merge teaching and technology. Numerous studies on the TPACK framework have been carried out, some of which examined teachers across subjects. However, few studies talk about measuring TPACK in the EFL teachers' community. Therefore, this research was conducted to investigate the knowledge level of the TPACK framework of teachers in the English Teacher Forum (MGMP), especially for English teachers at Junior High Schools in Banjar Regency.

This research utilized quantitative research method. A questionnaire-based survey was employed to determine the level of teachers’ knowledge of TPACK then the semi-structured interviews were held to further explore teachers’ knowledge of the TPACK. The population of the research was the teachers in English teachers Forum (MGMP) SMP Banjar Regency and were selected using total sampling.

Findings of the research indicated that the teachers relatively had good level of TPACK. PK (M: 3.94) was the domain that has highest score, continued by the CK (M: 3.92), PCK (M: 3.92), TK (M: 3.88), TPK (M: 3.63), TCK (M: 3.57), and TPACK (M: 3.5). This shows that the domains in the TPACK framework that mainly related to technology was still low if it is compared to the non-technological domains and still need to be improved for better technology-based instruction in the future.

In this study, the research only focused on English teachers’ knowledge level of the TPACK that conducted at the Junior High School level and little talk about the effectivity how the teachers’ forum has a role in formulating a good content technology design. Hence, it can be recommended in the future research that whether there is an interplay between TPACK level and community of practice (CoP) productivity.
