EVALUASI PROGRAM PROJEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EVALUASI COUNTENANCE STAKE DI SMPN 7 BANJARMASIN
ABSTRAK
SMPN 7 Banjarmasin merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah pertama di Banjarmasin yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, hasil wawancara dengan Kepala SMPN 7 Banjarmasin, peneliti mendapatkan informasi bahwa sekolah ini telah melaksanakan Program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (selanjutnya disebut P5) sebanyak 4 kali. Namun evaluasi yang dilakukan hanya sebatas refleksi di akhir kegiatan. Evaluasi yang lebih terstruktur dan menyeluruh belum pernah dilakukan, sehingga efektivitas Program P5 yang dilaksanakan tidak diketahui secara pasti. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan guru yang pernah menjadi Ketua Tim Fasilitator Program P5, belum diketahui apakah tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil kegiatan P5 sudah sesuai dengan empat prinsip Program P5 atau belum. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan evaluasi Program P5 Countenance Stake di SMPN 7 Banjarmasin dan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi efektifitas Program P5 di sekolah tersebut. Model evaluasi yang dipilih ialah Model Evaluasi Countenance Stake, yang meliputi 3 tahapan evaluasi, yaitu tahap antecdents, transaction, dan outcomes.Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program P5 di SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin telah memenuhi sebagian besar kriteria evaluasi pada tahap transaction dan outcomes. Namun, terdapat beberapa aspek pada tahap antecedents yang memerlukan perbaikan yakni pada indikator pemahaman peserta didik terhadap prinsip-prinsip P5, serta indikator keterlibatan orang tua dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan program pendidikan karakter di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Evaluasi yang komprehensif ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi sekolah-sekolah lain dalam mengimplementasikan program serupa.

EVALUATION OF THE PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE STRENGTHENING PROJECT PROGRAM USING THE COUNTENANCE STAKE EVALUATION MODEL AT STATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 7 BANJARMASIN
ABSTRACT
SMPN 7 Banjarmasin is one of the junior high schools in Banjarmasinthat has implemented the Independent Curriculum. Based on preliminary studies, the results of interviews with the Principal of SMPN 7 Banjarmasin, researchers obtained information that this school has implemented the Pancasil Student Profile Strengthening Project Program (hereinafter referred to as P5) 4 times. However, the evaluation carried out is only a reflection at the end of the activity. A more structured and comprehensive evaluation has never been carried out, so the effectiveness of the P5 Program being implemented is not known with certainty. Based on interviews with teachers who have been Chair of the P5 Program Facilitator Team, it is not yet known whether the planning, implementation and results of P5 activities are in accordance with the four principles of the P5 Program or not. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the evaluation of the P5 Countenance Stake Program at SMPN 7 Banjarmasin and to find out the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of the P5 Program at this school. The evaluation model chosen is the Countenance Stake Evaluation Model, which includes 3 evaluation stages, namely the antecdents, transactions and outcomes stages. The data collection techniques in this research are in the form of questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the P5 Program at SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin has fulfilled most of the evaluation criteria at the transaction and outcomes stages. However, there are several aspects at the antecedents stage that require improvement, namely indikators of students' understanding of P5 principles, as well as indikators of parent and student involvement. This research makes an important contribution to the development of character education programs in Indonesia, especially in the context of strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. It is hoped that this comprehensive evaluation can become a reference for other schools in implementing similar programs.
