The objective of this  study is to consider and evaluate the impact of the perception of total quality management on employee performance. The dependent variable of this research is employee performance.

The population in this study are employees of PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa P-12 Tarjun. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling, and statistical techniques used are partial least squares (PLS-SEM).

The findings demonstrate a positive relationship between total quality management perception and employee performance, leading to the conclusion that employee performance will improve as total quality management perception improves.
