Listeningcomprehensionisamultifacetedskillthatrequirestheintegrationofvarious cognitive processes. There are several thing that make it difficult to learnlistening.Digitalstorytellingisakindofmediathatmayeffectivelyusedineducationalmedia to enhance the teaching and learning of listening skills. The previous researchexamined digital storytelling in implementation in the class, critical thinking, learningmotivation, and create the digital storytelling.However, under research has beenconducted on the aspect of the use of digital storytellingfor students in listeningcomprehension. The purpose of this study is to determine how students' listeningcomprehensionisimpactedwhentheyuse digitalstorytelling.

This research used descriptive quantitative technique. The data obtained fromquestionnaire and interview were analysis quantitatively. Moreover, this research wasconducted MAN 1 Banjarmasin. The participants were 169 students at tenth gradeacademic year 2024/2024. The data of this study was gathered by using questionnaireintheformofLikertScaleandinterview.

The research result based on the questionnaire show that the students at tenthgradeofMAN1Banjarmasinhave positiveresponsetowardsthe digitalstorytellinginenhancing their listening comprehension. Furthermore, based on students' perceptionsfrom priorexperiences,digital storytellinghelps them toimprove theirlisteningcomprehension to understand the context and as a medium in learning English. It canbe concluded that the used of digital storytelling can enhance students’ listeningcomprehension.
