This study aims to identify the effect of loan to deposit ratio, firm size, and leverage on Hedging Decisions in the conventional bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2021-2023 period, using the LDR to measure Liquidity. Firm size is measured using the LN formula. Leverage is measured using the DER.

The population in this study includes companies from the conventional bank listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, resulting in a total of 38 companies. Data analysis using logistic regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics version 21 application.

The results showed that loan to deposit ratiohave no significant effect on hedging decisions. Firm size has a significant effect on hedging decisions. Leverage have no significant effect on hedging decisions,
