This study analyzes the development strategy of Jahri Saleh Wildlife Park in Banjarmasin using SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). A qualitative approach and descriptive method were employed, with data collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that Jahri Saleh Wildlife Park has the potential to become a tourism icon through its combination of nature, attractions, and educational elements. Recommended strategies include relocating or expanding the park to new areas, such as Sungai Gampa or Mantuil, and establishing partnerships with schools to enhance its educational role. Alternative funding sources, improved security, and waste management are also needed to ensure the park's sustainability.
