Penelitian ini mengembangkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and UseofTechnology(UTAUT)danTaskTechnologyFit(TTF).UTAUT
terdiri atas ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi yang memfasilitasi, niat pengguna, dan perilaku menggunakan. TTF terdiri atas tugas karakteristik, teknologi karakteristik, dan Task Technology Fit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model UTAUT dan TTF terhadap penggunaan aplikasi SAKTI di Polda Kalimantan Selatan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dipilih sebanyak 80 operator aplikasi SAKTI di Polda Kalimantan Selatan. Pengujian analisis data menggunakan struktual equation modeling (SEM).
Hasil Penelitian ini Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari konstruk UTAUT,variabelekspektasikinerja,ekspektasiusaha,danpengaruhsosialterbukti mendukung terhadap niat pengguna. Selanjutnya, kondisi yang memfasilitasi dan niat pengguna tidak mendukung terhadap perilaku menggunakan aplikasi SAKTI. Sementara itu, dari konstruk TTF, variabel tugas karakteristik dan teknologi karakteristik mendukung terhadap kesesuaian tugas-teknologi. Selanjutnya, task- technology fit mendukung terhadap ekspektasi kinerja tetapi tidak mendukung perilaku menggunakan. Temuan ini memperkuat model integratif antara UTAUT dan TTF dalam menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi dalam konteks pemerintahan. Dengan tingkat penggunaan aplikasi yang bersifat mandatory, penelitian ini juga menekankan bahwa kesesuaian teknologi dengan tugas serta dukungan infrastruktur menjadi faktor penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi SAKTI di Polda Kalimantan Selatan.

This study develops the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and Task Technology Fit (TTF) models. The UTAUT model consistsofperformanceexpectancy,effortexpectancy,socialinfluence,facilitating conditions, behavioral intention, and use behavior. The TTF model includes task characteristics, technology characteristics, and task-technology fit. This research aims to examine the influence of the UTAUT and TTF models on the use of the SAKTI application at the South Kalimantan Regional Police.
A quantitative approach was used in thisstudy, with a sample of 80 SAKTI application operators selected from the South Kalimantan Regional Police. Data analysis was conducted using struktual equation modeling (SEM).
TheresultsshowthatfromtheUTAUTconstructs,performanceexpectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have a positive and significant effect on behavioralintention.Furthermore,facilitatingconditionsandbehavioralintention significantly affect actual use behavior of the SAKTI application. From the TTF constructs,task characteristicsandtechnology characteristicspositively influence task-technology fit. Additionally, task-technology fit has a significant impact on both performance expectancy and use behavior. These findings support the integrative model ofUTAUTand TTF in explainingthefactorsinfluencingtheuse of technology-based information systems in the government context. Given the mandatory nature of SAKTI application usage, this study emphasizes that the fit betweentechnologyandtasks,alongwithinfrastructuresupport,arecrucialfactors for ensuring successful implementation of the SAKTI application at the South Kalimantan Regional Police.
