This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The effect of Work-life Balance on Work Motivation in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (2) The effect of Employee Engagement on Work Motivation in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (3) The effect of Work-life Balance on Employee Performance in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (4) The effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (6) The effect of Work-life Balance on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as an Intermediate Variable. Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (5) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (6) The Effect of Work-life Balance on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin (7) The Effect of Employee Engagement on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin.

This study used a quantitative approach with questionnaires as the main data source. A total of 61 respondents representing the entire employee population participated in this study. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS 4.0.

The results showed that (1) work-life balance has no significant effect on work motivation, (2) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) work-life balance has no significant effect on employee performance, (4) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, (6) work-life balance has no significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, and (7) employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation in the Maintenance & Assurance Department of PT Telkom Access Banjarmasin.
