            This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Enterprise risk management, and Financial Performance on Company Value. The independent variables used in this study are the board of directors, audit committee, enterprise risk management, and profitability. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used in this study is firm value.

            The population in this study consists of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2022–2024. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 40 companies that met the criteria out of 47 companies in the population. With an observation period of three years, a total of 120 observations were obtained. The research data was sourced from the companies' annual reports and financial reports for the 2022–2024 period and analyzed using descriptive statistics and panel data regression with the help of the Econometric Views (EViews) 13 program application.

            This studyuses stakeholder theory as its theoretical basis. The results of this study indicate that enterprise risk management and financial performance, as measured by profitability, have a proven effect on company value. Conversely, good corporate governance, as proxied by the board of directors and audit committee, does not have a significant effect on company value.
