Physics education in schools still tends to emphasize mastery of subject matter, so that character building among students has not developed optimally. In response to this problem, this study aims to develop teaching modules on temperature and heat with Islamic values to strengthen character, piety, and noble character. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The research subjects included 27 students from class XI-C MAN 3 Banjarmasin. Data collection was carried out using validation sheets, teaching module implementation sheets, learning outcome tests, and self-assessment sheets. The data were analyzed using validity, reliability, practicality, and effectiveness tests, as well as an assessment of the improvement in the students' character values. The results showed that the teaching module could shape students who were not only academically intelligent but also had good morals. Thus, it not only had an impact on learning outcomes but also shaped the students' character. The findings of this study are as follows: the validity of the teaching module is categorized as highly valid, the practicality of the teaching module is categorized as highly practical, the effectiveness of the teaching module is categorized as moderate, and the character values of the students are categorized as high. Thus, the teaching module on temperature and heat with Islamic values is suitable for use in strengthening the character of faith, piety, and noble character.
