ABSTRAK
Akhmad Rizqan Prima Yudha, 2210413210027, Pengaruh Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) terhadap Kinerja Individu melalui Task-Technology Fit (TTF) Di KPU Kota Banjarmasin. Dibimbing oleh Mahyuni Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kepegawaian (SIMPEG) terhadap hasil kinerja individu melalui Task Technology Fit (TTF) sebagai variabel mediasi di KPU Kota Banjarmasin. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatif dengan analisis jalur struktural. Teknik sampling menerapkan metode sensus (total sampling) terhadap 24 responden pegawai aktif pengguna SIMPEG, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dokumentasi, serta analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung Penggunaan SIMPEG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Task Technology Fit dengan nilai T statistik sebesar 37,809 (>1,96). Selanjutnya, Task Technology Fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap Kinerja Individu dengan nilai T statistik sebesar 11,580 (>1,96). Pengujian efek tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa Task Technology Fit secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh Penggunaan SIMPEG terhadap Kinerja Individu dengan nilai T-statistik pengaruh tidak langsung mencapai 9,504 (>1,96), koefisien original sample 0,757, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Secara deskriptif, seluruh indikator variabel berada pada kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulannya, model penelitian ini membuktikan terjadinya mediasi sempurna (perfect mediation), yang berarti aktivitas pemanfaatan aplikasi SIMPEG oleh aparatur tidak dapat mendongkrak hasil kinerja secara otomatis melainkan wajib memenuhi asas keselarasan antara tugas dan kapabilitas teknologi (fit) terlebih dahulu di lapangan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, KPU Kota Banjarmasin disarankan untuk mempertahankan stabilitas server serta mengoptimalkan kualitas antarmuka sistem guna mendukung efisiensi kinerja secara berkelanjutan.

ABSTRACT
Akhmad Rizqan Prima Yudha, 2210413210027, The Effect of the Use of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) on Individual Performance through Task-Technology Fit (TTF) at the Banjarmasin City General Elections Commission (KPU). This study aims to analyze the effect of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG) on individual performance outcomes through Task Technology Fit (TTF) as a mediating variable at the Banjarmasin City General Elections Commission (KPU). The research method used a quantitative explanatory approach with structural path analysis. The sampling technique applied a census method (total sampling) to 24 active employee respondents who used SIMPEG. Data collection techniques used structured questionnaires and documentation, and data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that SIMPEG use directly had a positive and significant effect on Task-Technology Fit, with a T-statistic of 37.809 (>1.96). Furthermore, Task Technology Fit had a positive and significant direct effect on Individual Performance with a T-statistic of 11.580 (>1.96). Testing for the indirect effect showed that Task Technology Fit significantly mediated the effect of SIMPEG Use on Individual Performance, with a T-statistic of 9.504 (>1.96), an original sample coefficient of 0.757, and a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Descriptively, all variable indicators were in the very good category. In conclusion, this research model demonstrates perfect mediation, meaning that the use of the SIMPEG application by officials cannot automatically boost performance results but must first meet the principle of alignment between tasks and technological capabilities (fit) in the field. Based on this, the Banjarmasin City General Elections Commission (KPU) is advised to maintain server stability and optimize the quality of the system interface to support sustainable performance efficiency.
