Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) remains a major public health problem in Indonesia due to its persistently high incidence and mortality rates. The transmission of DHF is influenced by various factors, one of which is environmental conditions, including housing conditions, water storage containers, and solid waste management, all of which may facilitate the breeding of Aedes aegypti, the primary vector of dengue transmission. This study aimed to analyze the association between housing conditions, water storage containers, and solid waste management systems and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the catchment area of Martapura 1 Community Health Center. A quantitative study with a case-control design was conducted involving 52 respondents, consisting of 26 cases and 26 controls. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire and an observation checklist and were analyzed using the Chi-square test at a 95% confidence level. The results showed that housing conditions (p = 0.000; OR = 14.000), water storage containers (p = 0.000; OR = 22.667), and solid waste management systems (p = 0.000; OR = 14.481) were significantly associated with the incidence of DHF. Respondents with poor housing conditions, inadequate water storage container conditions, and poor solid waste management had a higher likelihood of developing DHF than those with better environmental conditions. These findings indicate that improving housing environments, maintaining proper water storage containers, and implementing effective solid waste management are essential strategies for the prevention and control of DHF in the community
