ABSTRAK
Muhamad Gading Dwi Pramudya, 2210413110003, 2026. Analisis Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Melalui Sistem Kinerja Elektronik (E-Kinerja) Di Sekolah Khusus (SKH) Negeri 1 Muara Teweh. Dibawah Bimbingan Bapak Dr. Mahyuni, M.AP.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Sekolah Khusus Negeri 1 Muara Teweh. Dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya, ASN memanfaatkan Sistem Kinerja Elektronik (E-Kinerja) sebagai sarana yang membantu pencatatan, pelaporan, dan pemantauan aktivitas kerja secara terstruktur sehingga diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan kinerja serta kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dengan melibatkan ASN sebagai responden utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk melihat kinerja ASN berdasarkan indikator dan dimensi yang telah ditetapkan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ASN berada pada kategori Sesuai/Baik/Optimal. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja ASN melalui pemanfaatan Sistem E-Kinerja telah berjalan dengan baik, yang tercermin dari kemampuan ASN dalam melaksanakan tugas secara efektif, bertanggung jawab, dan terkoordinasi. Meskipun demikian, kinerja ASN belum sepenuhnya optimal karena masih ditemukan beberapa kendala, seperti keterlambatan pelaporan pekerjaan, proses verifikasi yang memerlukan waktu, serta koordinasi yang belum berjalan maksimal pada kondisi tertentu. Oleh karena itu, saran yang dapat di berikan yaitu ASN perlu meningkatkan kedisiplinan dalam pelaporan kinerja, pemanfaatan fitur E-Kinerja, serta komunikasi dan koordinasi kerja, sedangkan pihak sekolah perlu memperkuat pelatihan, pengawasan, evaluasi, dan mekanisme verifikasi agar pelaksanaan E-Kinerja dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan optimal.

This study aims to find out how the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) performs at the State Special School 1 Muara Teweh. In carrying out their duties, ASN utilizes the Electronic Performance System (E-Kinerja) as a means that helps record, report, and monitor work activities in a structured manner so that it is expected to support the improvement of performance and service quality to the community.
This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, involving ASN as the main respondent. Data is collected through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed descriptively to see the performance of ASN based on indicators and dimensions that have been set.
The results of the study show that the performance of ASN is in the Appropriate/Good/Optimal category. These findings indicate that the performance of ASN through the use of the E-Performance System has been running well, which is reflected in the ability of ASN to carry out their duties effectively, responsibly, and coordinated. However, the performance of ASN is not fully optimal because there are still several obstacles, such as delays in reporting work, verification processes that take time, and coordination that has not run optimally under certain conditions. Therefore, the suggestions that can be given are that ASN needs to increase discipline in performance reporting, the use of E-Performance features, as well as communication and work coordination, while schools need to strengthen training, supervision, evaluation, and verification mechanisms so that the implementation of E-Performance can run more effectively and optimally.
