Caregiver-child interaction is a critical factor influencing early childhood development. However, game-based screening instruments for assessing the quality of such interactions remain limited. This study examined the psychometric properties of the Regrowth Assessment Tools (RAT) for assessing caregiver-child interaction using Evidence Based on Test Content, Evidence Based on Internal Structure, and reliability. A quantitative approach employing a two-phase, cross-sectional design was used in the study. In the first phase, children with typical development were identified using the Pre-Screening Developmental Questionnaire (KPSP). The second phase involved 120 children aged 2-4 years and their caregivers, selected through purposive and typical case sampling. Content validity was evaluated using Aiken's V, whereas internal structure was examined through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with Principal Axis Factoring and Varimax rotation. Reliability was assessed using McDonald's Omega. The results showed Aiken's V values ranging from 0.80 to 0.95, a two-factor structure consistent with Baumrind's theory, and a McDonald's Omega coefficient of 0.853. These findings indicate that RAT demonstrates adequate validity and reliability as a game-based screening instrument for assessing caregiver-child interaction in children aged 2-4 years.
