Employee performance can be influenced by various factors, including work motivation and discipline. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Banjarmasin.  This study used a quantitative approach. The population was all employees of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga IT Banjarmasin, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to examine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.  The results of this study prove that motivation has a significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin. Work discipline has a significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin. And motivation and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Banjarmasin.
